Welcome to Sophitorium Engineering College

         It is my pleasure to extend a warm welcome to Sophitorium Engineering College, Bhubaneswar, a premier and leading technical institute of Odisha, in East India established in the Year 2009 by Heritage Charitable Trust. Our commitment to excellence has been acknowledged by various regulatory bodies and organizations.

         SEC has made tremendous progress over the last 16 years, building a strong presence not only in the state but also nationally and globally. SEC has established an inspirational atmosphere for knowledge development and integration, promoting a feeling of social responsibility, human values, and a dedication to societal welfare. In line with the NEP-2020, special emphasis is placed on Outcome-Based Education (OBE).

         Students are encouraged to showcase their skills through a variety of extracurricular and co-curricular activities at SEC. The institute makes sure that its students become excellent citizens of the country in addition to highly qualified engineers. I take tremendous delight in acknowledging how our committed faculty members have shaped our students' careers. They place a high priority on a learning-teaching process that is motivated by motivating factors and are steadfastly dedicated to promoting and maintaining excellence. Essentially, "hard work, dedication, and professional ethics" are the keys to effectively transforming our students' potential into valued human resources.
